To complete your transaction, you must complete the following steps :
GPS MUST BE ENABLED ON YOUR PHONE (make sure you are not using wifi, to determine your GPS position)
Use 'Where is the Spot I Bid on?' function to show the exact location / address you bid on.
You must be near the location you bid on before the agreed upon time. Once you are within 300 feet of
the agreed upon location you have a 5 minute window starting at the agreed upon time to either confirm
or reject the transaction.
Once you are near the spot, Sign In at www.nype.net. (DO NOT DO THIS WHILE DRIVING! Stop near the Advertised location,
or have a passenger perform this action)
Once Signed In, the Red colored window at the top of the screen will inform you of how many minutes you have
till the agreed upon time. While Signed In, NYPE will look up your current GPS location and send it to the NYPE server.
This action is done every 30 seconds, and also informs you of how many minutes you have to get to the location before
the 5 minute (Confirm or Reject) window starts. When the Seller Logs in, the Seller's GPS is
also sent to the server every 30 seconds (to ensure they are at the advertised location). The Seller is shown
your (the Buyer's) GPS location in order to facilitate the transfer of the advertised location.
You should turn your hazard lights on once you are at the designated spot. Assuming the Seller has fulfilled their
obligations, the Seller will know how close you are to their Advertised location and can signal you by turning on
their own hazard lights.
NOTE: As the buyer, if you don't confirm or reject the transaction within 300 feet of the agreed upon location and within the
5 minute window after the agreed upon time, the transaction is considered to be confirmed, and the seller will be paid
the applicable amount (if any).
This means all you NEED to do to complete the transaction, is show up to claim your parking spot, however, you NEED to reject
the trade at the Advertised location, in the 5 minute window after the agreed upon time to receive a refund (if applicable).

Use 'Where Am I Parked?' function to show the exact location you've advertised.
Once at your spot, you need to login, (this verifies that you showed up).
The Green Window at the bottom of the screen will count down the minutes to the agreed upon time.
NYPE will also show you the location of the Buyer if they've Signed In.
After successfully Signing In (within the 5 minute window after the agreed upon time),
it is up to the buyer to confirm or reject the trade.
Once the Buyer arrives at your location and has turned their hazard lights on, you (the Seller) should be ready to
vacate the location, and should signal the Buyer via turning on your own hazard lights.
NOTE: The BUYER, has the option of rejecting the trade for any reason at the agreed upon location, within the 5 minute window
after the agreed upon time. However, if the Buyer rejects the trade it will be reflected in their failed to Buy statistics.
